Beeper is a messaging godsend, for integrating Slack, Facebook, WhatSapp, and iMessage, and getting SMS messages on my computer.
Toggl has been in continuous use for my entire web development career.
NetNewsWire + The Old Reader for all my old-skool RSS needs.
Day One for personal journaling.

SVGOMG: UI to get source code for SVG images, and vice versa.
CSS Triangle Generator (seems to be dead now): Quickly generate CSS border triangles.

CSS Clip Path Maker: Make clipping shape paths for images.
